Dark Smoke Fired Pierced Vase

Smoke fired pot, pierced to the front and back with holes which line up when the pot is placed at the appropriate angle. Hand burnished, with carved and incised decoration to the surface. Artist's mark to the base.

A rare example of the artist's earlier work, dating from the early to mid 1990s.
